Haamoni Shochu
We are offering free ground shipping on all Haamoni orders. A great way for folks to save money while trying this tasty summer treat.
Matcha Granite Cocktail - Courtesy of KAI Restaurant, NYC
Make a Green Tea Granita - Melt sugar in water, bring to room temperature, mix in matcha (green tea powder) well. Strain into ice cube trays. When frozen, crush cubes. Pack a champagne glass full of the granita, put in a straw, and add a shot of Haamoni Schochu.
Granita - 1000 cc waters, 4.6 oz sugar, 0.2 oz matcha.
